Apply a light moisturizer

I've found that the best tip anyone ever gave me about applying makeup is to apply a light moisturizer first all over your face and neck - even on the eyelids. It helps prevent the makeup from looking flaky or caked on and makes your skin look smoother and brighter. Cool

Yes, i totally agree with you that applying a light moisturizer is good for your makeup. Otherwise you can use face primer also instead of moisturizer. You can get online cosmetics at http://www.coollifeshop.com/ - one of the best online shopping store in India.

It is suggested that,

always apply the light moisturizer on your skin. It keep your skin glowing and keep fresh..
